    Exercise classes for ladies at local churches.

    Fitness coaching + mentorship for faith-based recovery programs.
  • God’s Love
    A 1:1 coaching program for ladies to not only learn healthy exercise and nutrition, but also learning to accept and love yourself for who God made you, the way He made you.

Get Moving!! is a group exercise class for ladies to - get moving!! doing simple, low intensity exercises for 45 mins., 1-2 days per week, learning exercises that you can also do at home. The format for this class is designed specifically for churches to host on location (at church).
Exercise and proper nutrition are key to substance abuse recovery because they help to restore physical and mental health significantly lessening the chance of relapse. Macro and micronutrient deficiencies can lead to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and low energy.

Additionally, studies have found that consumption of unhealthy fats and processed sugars activate the same pleasure centers as drugs and alcohol leading to, not only significant weight gain during recovery, but in many cases, leading to transferred addiction, when the original addiction to drugs and/or alcohol is replaced with food.

Weight gain during and after recovery is often poked fun at, but it’s actually a symptom of a much more serious serious issue that can compound the likelihood of relapse.

For some of us, learning to love the woman in the mirror can be the hardest person we ever learn to love.

God's Love is a 1:1 coaching program for women, about applying God's love for His children to how we love ourself.

Along with the devil, society can really be a bully and get you believing things that just aren't true -

That you're supposed to look a certain way or be a certain way in order to fit in, be loved or accepted.

What if God has a different plan for you? What if He sees a different version of you?

What if all you have to do to see it is to look at yourself as He does??

The intention of this program is to not only learn healthy exercise and nutrition, but also learning to accept and love yourself for who God made you, the way He made you.

The Choices
We Make -

God gave us free will, meaning, we are “free” to make our own choices, He doesn’t make them for us. Sometimes we make choices that are not in our best interest, or not in the interest of honoring God.

Maybe you’re in a season of trying to make better choices but making them for you just isn’t enough to make you make them, so you’re making them for someone else, maybe a loved one, and it helps for a little while until the day it doesn’t –

Let me ask you something, have you tried making those choices for God, to honor and glorify Him?

The Sunday service after 4th of July was about freedom, freedom from bondage of sin.

Freedom from bondage of choices we’ve made, choices we’re struggling with now.
